The challenge
The Only Facial grows when first-time clients become regulars, and that comes down to how each esthetician runs the visit: the greeting, the consultation, and how they talk about the next appointment. Teaching that by hand meant pulling the owner into every new hire’s training. They wanted the process on film for their internal team, taught the same way every time.

What we did
Filmed esthetician Sawyer Strauss teaching the studio’s rebooking workshop in the treatment space, on a wide and a close camera.
Part one covers the consultation: greeting a first-time client, settling them into the room and working through the intake form.
Part two covers the conversation during the facial, including when and how to bring up the 4 to 6 week return timeline.
Edited three tutorials with section titles and The Only Facial branding throughout.

The result
The team now has 18 minutes of training on file. New estheticians can learn the consultation and rebooking scripts on their own time, and every client hears the same message about coming back.
