01

The challenge

Brian leads a wealth management firm, guides athletes through NIL and has a network that runs deep across Missouri sports and business. The experience was there. The public voice wasn’t. His perspective on money, leadership and family lived in client meetings and private conversations, not anywhere the next founder, parent or young athlete could find it.

The goal was to position Brian as a thought leader: someone people follow for his point of view, not just his services. That meant a clear voice on the topics he knows best, a recognizable format, and conversations with leaders his audience already respects, so trust in Brian is built long before anyone becomes a client.

02

What we did

  • Built the Imperium thought leadership package.

  • Developed a full pitch deck and content strategy.

  • Produced and published 149 posts across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, including interviews and reels.

The result

His interview with Mike Matheny led the period with 50K views. A reel on giving kids a better life followed with 43K views and was shared 860 times.

brobinspired Every parent wants to give their kids a better life, but are we giving them too much? There’s a difference between giving your children opportunities and giving them everything they want. Hard work, discipline, and responsibility aren’t just lessons about money. They’re lessons about life. The greatest gift you can give your kids isn’t everything they ask for. It’s teaching them the value of earning it. #ParentingWisdom #FinancialLiteracy #WorkEthic #MoneyMindset #LifeLessons

brobinspired What is the best advice for those pursuing a leadership endeavor? First, remember that you are not as good as you think you are, but you also aren't as bad as you might think! True leadership requires you to be a lifelong learner who draws inspiration from leaders across all sectors, not just in business or sports. The biggest secret to developing others? Have the grace of a kindergarten teacher. There is no progress without patience, so don't get too caught up in just celebrating the wins; you have to learn to be elated by the process itself. Sometimes, that process requires taking a step backward to truly achieve, develop, and grow. Ultimately, the real reward lies in how you recover and attack adversity.
